PRICING & EXPERIENCE

 

This is a bespoke service designed around you and your horse and I will guide you through the whole experience.

 

£375

• Pre-session consultation at the time of booking.

• Mileage up to an 40 mile round trip from Harmston, Lincoln and any additional mileage will be charged at 45p per mile.

• Approximately a 1.5 hour photo shoot at your location with one horse and at least one outfit change.  This will result in around 60 images for you to choose from at your viewing.

• An extra £25 will be charged per additional horse with the same owner and the time will be increased by up to 30 minutes per horse with approximately an additional 20 images to choose from at your viewing.

• Online Zoom call viewing.

• A professionally made Large Frame (either Landscape / Portrait:  Mount 24" x 18", Print 18" x 12" or Square:  Mount 18" x 18", Print 12" x 12") including the same image as a High and Low Resolution Digital File, with the option to upgrade to an Extra Large Frame at your viewing. 

• The opportunity to purchase further products at your viewing, all professionally made (starting at £65) including Mounted Prints, Frames, Folio Box, Albums and Digital Images (all images purchased as a Mounted Print, Frame, in a Folio Box or in an Album will also come with the same High and Low Resolution Digital Image).  Please see the Product Brochure below for full details and pricing.  Your products will be delivered direct to your chosen address.

THE EXPERIENCE

• At the time of booking I will spend some time chatting with you over the phone to find out about you and your horse.  The will give us the opportunity to start planning your shoot and I can find out if there is anything in particular you would like to be captured.

• Once we have booked you in, I will send you your Welcome Brochure with Styling Guide, detailing everything you need to know to get the best from your shoot.  The day before I will check the weather and contact you to confirm if we are ok to go ahead or if we need to re-arrange.

• You equine photoshoot will be approximately 1.5 hours to allow for a variety of images and time for at least one outfit change.    

• I know you may be nervous about being in front of the camera.  I have designed this bespoke service, to be a simple, relaxed and wonderful experience.  It is tailored to you and your horse and I am there to guide you through the whole process.

• If you're concerned your yard is not the most idyllic setting for a photo shoot, don't be.  It's amazing what some creative thinking and angles can do!  Your location is what will make your images unique and personal to you.  Leave this up to me.

• I know you may be worried that horse will misbehave, they won't stand still, they'll spook at everything or will just simply be more interested in eating the grass.  My patience and experience around horses along with my ability to read their behaviour means I can work with it, so we still get stunning images.  My ability to capture the perfect moment to truly show your horses beauty along with my attention to detail are just part of the process in creating stand out pieces of art.  

• Once I have gone through and carefully chosen your best images, I will then individually edit each one and arrange your viewing once completed.   

• At your viewing I will help guide you through the process, so that you can make the most of your images. 

• After your viewing, I will do a final edit to perfect your chosen images, process your order with my suppliers and then they will be delivered direct to your chosen address generally within 1 - 8 weeks depending on what your order contains.
