RETURNS POLICY (There are no returns or refunds for Stockist Customers)
Bespoke products, which include special requests and non standard items, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
If, once you have received your order, you would like to return it or return part of the order (if you ordered more than one product) for a refund, you must copy, paste and fill in the below statement into a new email (or forward from your order confirmation email), with the subject title, "CANCEL ORDER", and send it to, ruth@ruthellenphotography.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Failing to comply, unfortunately will not entitle you to a refund.

We will then reply with the returns address. You must return the product(s) in the original condition, using sufficient packaging, so the product(s) do not get damaged in transit. This must be sent back to us within 14 days of us providing the return address. Failing to comply, unfortunately will not entitle you to a refund. The package must contain a slip of paper detailing:
1. The name and address on the order
2. Invoice number
3. Date the order was made
4. Reason for your return
If you return a product(s) without sufficient information for us to track back where the return has come from within the package, we will not be able to refund you.
Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and as it is at your own risk, it is recommended this is done by registered post. Please obtain and keep the proof of postage.
Once we have received the returned product(s), we will then process a refund via the original payment method, within 14 days.
If all products from the order have been returned we will refund the original delivery cost, however, if not all products have been returned, the original delivery cost will not be refunded. If products being returned were part of a bulk buy offer, the amount refunded will depend on the new value of the products you are keeping. If the product(s) returned are not in the original condition, we may at our discretion, process a partial refund to reflect the diminished value or not process a refund at all, for the product(s) if they have been altered in any way and / or are not fit for re-sale due to your negligence
If you wish to purchase a different product, print and/or size, you will need to place a new order.
